You have a choice to use your boxes. In addition, we sell boxes that are made specifically for the storage and transportation of records.

Our storage facilities are monitored on a 24-hour basis and are equipped with comprehensive fire detection and prevention equipment. Perimeter controls, including electric fences and security guard patrols protect against intrusion. All containers are randomly located and anonymously barcoded. In addition, they may only be accessed by authorized personnel. For electronic files, we provide data security and storage alternatives that utilize our online record management system.

We use barcode technology to track your records while it’s stored which allows us to trace the movement of the box from the point when the request made until the items are safely delivered or returned to storage.
We have several options for retrieving your records from storage; all box retrieval requests can be made via phone, email or a secure, web-based portal. Documents can easily be requested from storage anytime.
Records Collection, Delivery and Retrieval
Our qualified team visits your premises and will pack, index, sort and purge files on your behalf. User training is available for customers who choose to pack and index themselves, using our online indexing facility.
We utilize a fleet of satellite-tracked, alarmed vehicles for pick up and deliveries of your records.
Delivery options range from an express service through to an economy delivery for those records which are not needed immediately.
Digital Services
We cater for scanning of all types and sizes of paper sized documents such as receipts, blueprints, legal documents as well as, microfilm and microfiche.
Not all documents should be scanned. Our personnel will consult with you to ascertain which documents needs to be scanned.
We offer on-site, off-site or a combination of both, however this would depend on your physical space and business requirements.
Our scan-on-demand service allows for a physical document to be retrieved, scanned and made available immediately while hosted services allows for images to be viewed online.

Using our shredding services saves you time and money. Our shredding services save you the cost of the shredder and its maintenance, and also the office space a shredder would take up.
This will depend on your company’s specific needs. We offer several options for our shredding services from a one-time purge to a regularly scheduled pick-up.
We work with registered recycling partners and make sure the entire process is carried out in compliance with applicable environmental laws.
